About Darin Marques

Darin Marques was born in Vancouver, WA, and moved to Las Vegas with his parents in 1983. Darin graduated from Bonanza High School in Las Vegas and has lived in Las Vegas for over 30 years. Darin's father was a Marine and Korean War vet and instilled in him a high level of respect, determination, and a don't give up attitude!

 

Out of high school, he ventured into sales, landing his first sales job with the #1 Fireplace & Window Sub-Contractor in Las Vegas. Within 6 months, he was the #1 salesperson specializing in custom homes. By the time he was 22 years old, he was hired as the General Manager of a distribution company that covered Las Vegas & Phoenix and managed over 250 accounts. In-home sales division for another top Las Vegas sub-contractor. Darin is an Entrepreneur at heart! While holding true to that, he opened his own company in 2005 and grew it to cover 3 states.

 

In 2008, he made the decision to go after a passion that he had had since working with Luxury Custom Homes in his early days of construction sales, and became a real estate agent specializing in Luxury Homes.

 

He set a goal to team up with the Top Luxury Homes Sales Team in Las Vegas. Last year, he had the great opportunity of joining the Shapiro & Sher Team, ranked 3rd in the nation in 2003 by the Wall Street Journal. He feels with his expertise in helping builders select the right products to build luxury homes and the support network that the Shapiro & Sher team provides, along with their team's tremendous success, he could truly be successful!

 

Darin has always put special attention on making sure that his clients' needs are always met. He still continues to work with clients that he has done business with for over 14 years and maintains great relationships.
